Mindfulness
Such a concept is hard to grasp onto without the right guidance. With understanding this concept properly an individual will be able to overcome obstacles within their life, and proper knowledge of this skill will result in healthy outcomes. You're probably wondering, "what the heck is Mindfulness?" and why is it so important? It took me a while as well to fully perfect my knowledge about this skill and how/when to utilize it. This skill is something I picked up when I was going thru a rough patch in my life, I am extremely grateful to have such knowledge. In a moment of feeling anxious, and depressed mindfulness will help the individual to drift away from their sorrows and allow themselves to be present in the moment. Mindfulness is also a way of meditating, when I feel anxious, I sit down, and focus on just my breathing. While I am doing this I drift away from reality and feel peace within myself.
